All Market Vendors must read and agree to the following agreement by completing the form below.

 

DETAILS

The Booth Space consists of:

  • 10′ x 6′ or 8' x 6' of operational space on the bridge and 10 x 8 off the bridge. We will provide a 6 x 3 or 8 x 3 table. Bring an additional table to create an L-shaped booth if you'd like. Be sure to bring your own chair. 

  • Load in time 9am, must be completely set up by 10:30am at latest.

  • No flames are allowed on the bridge. Bring battery-operated LED lights and any festive holiday decorations. There are no outlets available. If it is an overcast day, it can be dark on the bridge, plan accordingly. 

  • Remember that this is an 0pportunity to promote your business on-site with coupons and promotional materials.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: If a vendor does not load in at the designated time, the Market CANNOT guarantee your assigned location or participation. 

  1. Vendor agrees to provide their own exhibit materials. 

  2. Vendor agrees that their products are handcrafted. 

  3. Vendor agrees that booth location is determined by Market organizers. Booth location and fee are non-transferable.

  4. Vendor agrees that all booth decorations must be tasteful and reflect the Theme of the individual vendor and must be flame retardant, meet fire code regulations, and stay within the boundaries of the allotted booth space.

  5. Vendor agrees to sell only material souvenirs and not food or beverage items unless authorized in advance. 

  6. Vendor agrees not to impact the structure of the historic Felton Covered Bridge in any way (i.e. nails, staples, paint, etc).

  7. Vendor agrees to set up and sell only in the assigned booth space. Set-up outside the allotted space may be possible if there is room, and will incur an additional booth space fee.

  8. The booth space must operate all hours of the Market - from 11am to 3pm. Vendor may not take down or leave prior to 3pm. 

  9. Vendor understands that no liability insurance will be provided to the Market Vendor. Market Vendor assumes all risk and liability associated with an outdoor event including theft and climate weather of any type. 

  10. The Market will take place rain or shine.

ACCEPTANCE
To apply, complete the contact form below. Be sure to include photos of the merchandise that you will be selling at this event. Applications will be accepted until October 31, 2024. Vendors will be notified of their status (accepted or waitlist). By November 7. 

 

BOOTH FEES
All booth fees are due at the time of acceptance and are nonrefundable unless a waitlist vendor selected by our team is able to take your place. All fees are nonrefundable after December 7, 2024.

INSTALLATION 

  • Load in for all Vendors will be as follows: Beginning at 9am on Sunday, December 15.

  • All Vendors MUST BE completely set up by 10:30am AT LATEST on Event Date.

  • The hours of operation will be 11am to 3pm.

  • Vendors must stay on site until 3pm. 

  • Load out will commence right after 3pm. 

  • Admission credentials - this is an outdoor event and organizers will follow all state and county health mandates. 

 

SPACE ASSIGNMENTS

The Market will designate space assignments and reserves the right to make modifications. On arrival on Sunday morning, vendors will be guided to their booth location. ​

ASSIGNMENT, SUBLETTING OF EVENT SPACE
The Market has the permit for the park. No Vendor shall assign, sublet, or share the event space allotted to additional unregistered Vendors without the knowledge and written consent of the Market. No organization not assigned event space shall be permitted to solicit business within the park areas.

USE OF SPACE
The Market reserves the right to restrict Vendor exhibits which, because of safety, noise, method of operation, materials or display, may detract from the general character or safety of the Event as a whole. Accordingly, the Market may, at its discretion, prohibit such exhibits from being kept or utilized by Vendor in or around the Event area, in which event; Vendor shall immediately remove such exhibits as directed by Market staff. Demonstrations or activities that cause annoyance to neighboring Vendors or result in obstruction of walk space or prevent ready access to a nearby booth will not be permitted.

CANCELLATION BY VENDORS

As occupancy of the Event space is the essence of the Agreement, no refunds shall be made in connection with any rental space fee after the acceptance of said fee by the Market.

UNFORSEEN EVENTS

The Market shall not be liable for any cancellations, delays, or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond its control. In case of cancellation of the Event or unavailability of the Event Space for specified use due to any other causes beyond The Market's control, this agreement shall terminate, and the Vendor shall be entitled to the return of the Rental Space Fee for the Event Space. In case of damage to the Vendor through any other cause beyond the Market's control, the Vendor expressly waives all liability and completely releases and holds harmless the Market of and from any and all claims for damage to person and property and agrees that the Market shall have no liability whatsoever.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
In no event, shall the Market, nor their representatives, contractors, nor corporate sponsors of the Event be responsible for any injury, loss nor damage that may occur to the Vendor’s employees, agents, contractors, representatives, or property from any cause whatsoever. It is the Vendor’s responsibility to protect equipment, perishables, and exhibits so that no injury will result to the public visitors, guests, or persons, or property. The Vendors, on signing the Agreement expressly release, hold, keep, save harmless and indemnify the foregoing persons and entities, named organizations and committees, and individuals from and against all claims for such a loss, damage, or injury.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Should Vendor fail to strictly adhere to and follow the Rules and Regulations set by the Market, then Vendor shall be in default under this Agreement and the Market may immediately terminate this Agreement upon notice to Vendor. In the event of a default by the Vendor, the Vendor shall forfeit as liquidated damages the amount paid for the Event Space. Said damages are agreed to and in no way constitute a penalty, but rather a reasonable estimate of Market damages which are incalculable with any degree of certainty.
