We’re on the hunt for the perfect tenant to kick off a killer 2024 in this legendary Cremer House space in Felton! It was built in 1874 and has a ton of historic charm that you can really feel. The inside of the restaurant has a gorgeous dark-wood bar, ambient lighting, tons of original fixtures and a rad wraparound porch. For those that haven’t checked out this mountain town in a while - Felton has taken off Seriously, this little town is hella hip! And, the Cremer House is at its epicenter, surrounded by local businesses like Mountainside Made and The Grove Felton.
