Welcome to the Chamber: The Law Offices of Bryan K. Williams

Please join us in welcoming the Law Offices of Bryan K. Williams to the San Lorenzo Valley Chamber of Commerce!
Bryan earned his law degree from Monterey College of Law in 2019 and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2021. Today his practice focuses on four areas:
Landlord-tenant and unlawful detainer: notices, evictions, possession disputes, rent claims and lease enforcement, for both residential and commercial properties.
Habitability and property disputes: serious disagreements over property conditions, nuisance, retaliation and constructive eviction.
Commercial and business disputes: commercial leases, contracts, collections, guaranties and other issues that affect how a business runs.
Civil litigation: from early strategy all the way through trial, judgment enforcement and appeals when needed.
Bryan represents both landlords and tenants (subject to conflicts). That gives him a clear view of both sides of a rental dispute, which helps when it comes time to negotiate or prepare for court.
His approach is straightforward. Figure out what the client actually wants, be honest about the strengths and weaknesses of the case, and find the most efficient way to get there. Sometimes that’s a negotiated settlement. Sometimes it means moving fast to protect property rights, or taking a case all the way to trial.
Clients agree. The firm holds a 4.9 out of 5 rating from 27 reviews on Avvo, with clients regularly mentioning his clear communication, responsiveness and realistic expectations.
The firm serves clients in Santa Cruz, Monterey, San Luis Obispo and Sacramento Counties, plus selected matters elsewhere in California.
